Classic Maggi

Classic Maggi

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • Maggi masala (included in the packet)
  • 1 teaspoon oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Break the noodle cake into 4 parts and add to the boiling water.
  3. Add the Maggi masala packet and stir.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked and most of the water has evaporated, turn off the heat.
  6. Serve hot in a bowl.

Vegetable Maggi

Vegetable Maggi

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • Maggi masala (included in the packet)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, onions)
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add water and bring it to a boil.
  4. Break the noodle cake and add to the boiling water along with the Maggi masala.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are done and most of the water has evaporated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves if desired.

Cheese Maggi

Cheese Maggi

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • Maggi masala (included in the packet)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Break the Maggi noodle cake into pieces and add to the boiling water.
  4. Add the Maggi masala and stir well.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes until the noodles are almost done.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and add the grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.
  7. Add oregano, chili flakes, and salt if needed.
  8. Serve hot, topped with a little more cheese if desired.
